PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that in accordance with the
Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., as
amended by A-3850, and in consideration of
Executive Orders No. 103 and 107, issued by
Governor Murphy on March 9 and 21, 2020
respectively, declaring a State of Emergency and a
Public Health Emergency in the State of New Jersey,
the Township of Burlington does hereby notify the
public that to protect the health, safety and welfare
of our citizens while ensuring the continued
operations of the Planning Board, the Burlington
Township Planning Board meeting scheduled for 7:00
pm on April 2, 2020 at 851 Old York Road, Burlington,
New Jersey will take place as scheduled with all
members of the Planning Board and the public
attending telephonically.
The Planning Board will consider a limited agenda,
consisting only of consideration of Resolutions, with
no hearings on any application taking
place. Members of the public who are interested in
attending may participate telephonically by calling
609-947-4397, then entering in Conference ID 1087,
and Password 854 at 7:00p.m. Individuals calling into
this number will be able to participate in the meeting
just the same as if attending in person. Thank you for
