Burlington Township’s Zoning Ordinance 330-34K(1) refers to permanent structures not permitted in the area between the road and sidewalk (right-of-way). As the basketball nets can be moved they are considered temporary and are permitted in the right-of-way area mentioned above for a limited time period.
Therefore portable basketball nets may be place in the right-of-way during the period of use but shall be removed with one (1) hour after using.
