PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 24, 2017, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, DCT Industrial Operating LLC (“DCT”) will hold an informal presentation concerning the redevelopment of the McCollister’s Property, known as Block 147, Lots 1, 1.02, 3.01, and 13 on the tax maps of the Township of Burlington. The meeting will be held at the Burlington Township Municipal Building, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, New Jersey. The McCollister’s Property, which abuts U.S. Route 130 and Neck Road, is proposed to be redeveloped for warehouse use. Representatives of DCT and its design team will be available to share DCT’s plans and to answer questions concerning the redevelopment project.
This is not a Township meeting; it is a public information session. Township approval of the project will be sought at a later date.
