Administrative Secretary – Must be a Burlington Township Resident
Burlington Township is seeking an Administrative Secretary for the Public Works Office. Applicants must have five (5) years of experience in the capacity of a secretary to an executive or administrative official in a public or private organization. Successful completion of a 2-year program in secretarial science at an accredited college or university may be substituted for two (2) years of above experience. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office and be able to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment. Applicants will perform secretarial and administrative duties to directly support the Public Works Director as well as the Water and Sewer Superintendents and supervisory staff. Applicants must have a high stress tolerance and be able to handle multiple tasks at once accurately despite frequent interruptions as well as be able to work with the public and personnel. Payroll experience as well as budget and data tracking skills would be preferred. Hours to work would be 7:00am-3:00pm.
Salary Range is $23.27-$36.23
