Burlington Township is seeking a Full-time Administrative Secretary to the Township Administrator to perform highly responsible and varied routine/complex clerical, administrative and technical work in the administration office of the Township government.
Applicant must have working knowledge of principles and practices of modern public administrations, proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, the ability to perform complex clerical work requiring strong computer skills; greets visitors, answers phones, processes purchase orders and performs related duties as required. Organized and able to develop effective work methods and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials and the public.
Five (5) years of experience in the capacity of a secretary to an executive or administrative official in a public or private organization. Candidate must be a resident of Burlington Township.
