Burlington Township, Burlington County - Municipality with 23,000 (est.) population, $24 million municipal budget (including capital budget) and 130 full time employees in a Mayor/Council Faulkner Act form of government. Seeking an experienced, professional administrator with strong leadership and communication skills to proactively manage the day to day operations. The candidate will demonstrate: strong leadership skills; set clear expectations with the staff; effectively communicate within the organization as well as the public and understand the NJ public finance process. Responsibilities include overseeing municipal services, capital planning, labor relations, contract negotiations and operating budget. Require BA/BS; prefer Master’s Degree in public administration or related field. Must have 5+ years experience in responsible management experience; preferably in local government management.
