Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Burlington, County of Burlington, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Burlington Township Municipal Building, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, NJ 08016 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:
NEW STORAGE (POLE BARN) BUILDING
RECREATION DEPARTMENT
Those interested in bidding may obtain specifications at the Burlington Township Municipal Building, 851 Old York Road, Burlington Township, New Jersey, 08016 during the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, by email to svail@twp.burlington.nj.us or by calling (609) 239-5831 during the same hours.
A pre-bid meeting will be held at the Burlington Township Green Acres II, 1001 Old York Road, Burlington Township, NJ 08016 at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
All bids must be made on the standard forms, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and bid title “Pole Barn Recreation Department” on the outside, and addressed to Stacey M. Schwoebel, Purchasing Agent, at the address above.
Bids must be accompanied by a Statement of Corporate Ownership in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2. All bids shall also be accompanied by a Non-collusion Affidavit and a NJ Business Registration Certificate issued by the NJ Department of the Treasury.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C.17:27-1.1 et seq.), Affirmative Action Requirements.
The award of contracts for providing the above will be made at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Council, who reserve the right to waive formalities and accept or reject any part or all of the submitted proposals as they may determine to be in the best interest of the Township of Burlington.
