WYE REPLACEMENT ON EFFLUENT PIPE
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. through a fair and open process, Burlington Township is soliciting proposals to perform or furnish the following services which are more fully described in the proposal packet available from the Purchasing Department, by email to svail@twp.burlington.nj.us or by calling (609) 239-5831.
RFP responses must be submitted via certified mail or overnight delivery to Burlington Township, 851 Old York Road, Burlington, NJ 08016, Attention: Stacey Schwoebel, QPA. No hand deliveries will be accepted, due to public access restriction to the Municipal Building. Proposals shall be labeled “RFP – WYE REPLACEMENT on the outside.
Sealed proposals will be opened on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time by the Purchasing Agent at the Burlington Township Municipal Building, at 851 Old York Road, Burlington Township, New Jersey 08016. In accordance with COVID-19 guidance, the bid opening shall be held outdoors in the pavilion directly adjacent to the rear parking lot of the Municipal Center as shown on the attached map
Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Any individuals attending in-person shall be required to observe all social distancing and face mask covering directives as per the State of New Jersey.
A valid NJ Business Registration Certificate must be supplied prior to contract award. Respondents are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and P.L 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C.17:27), Affirmative Action Requirements.
