Branches & Twigs

We are asking residents to have branches larger than 4 feet in length placed at curb line with butt ends facing the street. Anything less than 4 feet in length should be placed in an open container.  If you have any tree stumps or large tree trunk pieces please contact the Public Works Office at 609-239-5909 to make the necessary arrangements for these items. 

Residents also have the option of taking branches to the Compost Site Facility at 902 Lake Avenue.  The hours at the site are Thursday and Friday, 7:30 am to 3:15 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 am to 2:45 pm.

The Mayor has also issued an Executive Order through December 31, 2011 to waive the fees for truck loan or dumpster rentals for tree branch disposal.  Please contact the Public Works Office at the above mentioned number to make the necessary arrangements.
